Catalencoder is a program to back up your DVDs in DivX format in just a few steps and without too much hassle.

This way, you can reduce the size of movies to have them on your computer and watch them whenever you want, or get a video file in DivX format, with all the benefits that implies when it comes to editing and working with the video.

Catalencoder lets you rip both audio and video from DVDs, as well as choose the codecs to be used during the process.
